Managing Partner
Muhamad Arifudin is a Lawyer and Bankruptcy Receiver (Curator), as well as the Managing Partner of Arifudin Susanto Partnership (ASP), specializing in Bankruptcy and Debt Restructuring.
With more than 15 years of experience, he has handled numerous bankruptcy and restructuring cases across a wide range of sectors, including Energy, Oil and Gas, Aviation, Plantation, Palm Oil Processing Plants, Investment Companies, Cooperatives, Property, Warehouse Complexes, Tobacco, Manufacturing, Textile Industry, Traditional Herbal Medicine (Jamu) Factories, Shipping, Mobile Dealerships, and Individual Debtors.
Through his law firm, Arifudin Susanto Partnership (ASP), he has been entrusted to handle bankruptcy cases involving several State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) from various sectors — acting as a Court-Appointed Receiver (Curator) in certain cases and as Legal Counsel in others.
Renowned for his efficiency and above-average performance in bankruptcy case resolution, he is widely recognized as an expert in bankruptcy settlement and asset liquidation.

Founding Partner
One of the founders and partners of Arifudin Susanto Partnership, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University and holds a Master of Law degree from Sriwijaya University. He has extensive experience in bankruptcy, PKPU, litigation, and arbitration. With more than 15 years of experience as a legal practitioner, he has represented various national companies in business dispute resolution and corporate restructuring.
In addition to his active involvement in the legal profession, he is also engaged in various professional and social organizations. He has been entrusted with the position of Treasurer of the Honorary Board of the Indonesian Association of Curators and Administrators (AKPI) for the 2025–2028 term, a role that reflects his reputation, integrity, and dedication to the development of the curator profession in Indonesia.
